Return Process

  Log into your Boldfit account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Free Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
